The easiest to bake for me is cupcakes.As i was said last time I wrote on this blog, I will show you the ingredients of my sweet cutie chocolate cupcakes.. My cousin bought me an icing tube so i try it this time.. Cool!!!!
What you need:
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp of salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 half pack of butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
Icing:
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1/4 packed of unsalted butter
3 tbsp of milk
1 tsp of vanilla extract
food color
miniature marshmallow
Procedure:
1. Put cups on the oven thin. Set Aside.
2. Pre-heat oven at 350 degree F.
3. In a seperate bowl, mix sifted flour, salt baking soda, baking powder and cocoa powder then set aside.
4. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, mix sugar, butter and egg until smooth.
5. Combined the 2 mixture while adding the mix thoroughly for about 2-3 minutes.
6. Add the vanilla extract.
7. Fill the cupcake liners 3/4 full. Then bake for 25 minutes
8. Let it cool then decorate your icing.
How to make icing for cupcakes?
1. Using an electric or hand mixer, beat the butter until smooth.
2. Add the confectioners sugar then mix again.
3. While mixing, add milk one at a time until the desired thickness
met.
4. Add the vanilla extract then mix.
5. Add color to your icing, drop by drop until the desired color met.
